Above are photos of a 37 y/o Hawaiian Portuguese female who desired permanent eyeliner on her "wetline" only-- upper and lower. Anesthesia Used: DOTC Blue and TAG #45 Gel When performing these procedures on the tarsal plate the eye
is subject to easy entry of pigment, especially when working
on the upper eyelid. For this reason, I am fond of this particular
